Lake Forest, CA – Orange County FC has added more skill to its midfield with the latest signing of Eder Arreola.

A native of southern California, Arreola played college soccer at UCLA and made his debut with Orange County FC on April 13 in a 4-1 victory over FC Golden State at Championship Soccer Stadium in Irvine.

“I feel happy about joining OCFC, this is a great group of hard-working guys, and I can honestly say I’m joining one of the best NPSL teams in the country,” Arreola said.

“Also thankful to the ownership and coaching staff for giving me this opportunity to join this team and for me to be able to train and play games and keep growing as a player.”

Arreola played for Phoenix Rising FC of the USL in 2017 and has had two stints overseas in the Armenian Premier League with Shirak.

“Eder is a highly skillful midfielder with creative ideas,” OCFC Head Coach Paul Caligiuri said. “His experience and passion are great additions to our highly motivated midfield.”

The addition of Arreola provides more depth to the OCFC midfield ahead of upcoming NPSL matches and the huge showdown with FC Golden State Force in the First Round of the 2019 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup on May 7.
