Lake Forest, CA – Orange County Football Club is proud to announce that it has signed winger Kevin Jeon and goalkeeper Bennett Sneddon.
From 2014 to 2015, Kevin Jeon played for CD Santurzi in Spain and afterward spent one year with German club Blau-Weiss Friesdorf. During 2017, Jeon was a member of Orange County Soccer Club and scored one goal in five appearances.
Bennett Snedon, 21 years-old, was brought up through the LA Galaxy academy and made thirteen appearances for Los Dos in the United Soccer League from 2015 to 2017.
“We are very excited about this season,” said owner Nader Dejbakhsh. “Kevin Jeon has excellent speed and technique and he will be tough to cover on the flanks. Bennett Sneddon has great size and skill and he will definitely bring competition to the goalkeeper position.”
Jeon made his debut when he started against FC Golden State on April 7 while Sneddon was on the bench as backup to keeper Brandon Gomez.
OCFC has started the 2018 NPSL season with a win and two draws, but the added depth will bring more skill and experience and the fans are hoping it will bring more victories.
