orange county fc secures deal to play home games at championship stadium

Irvine, CA - After playing at Portola High School during its inaugural season in the National Premier Soccer League, Orange County FC will be moving down the street to play its homes games at Championship Stadium in Irvine.

Located at Orange County Great Park, Championship Stadium was opened nearly one year ago and is considered one of the best venues to watch professional soccer in Orange County.

"We are very excited to have the opportunity to play our home games at Championship Stadium," owner Nader Dejbakhsh said. "Our fans got to see some quality soccer last season and now we are hoping to give them the stadium atmosphere they deserve."

Championship Stadium is a soccer-specific venue and OCFC fans will feel as if they are right on top of the action when they fill up the stands to watch NPSL action.

The stadium has a state of the art scoreboard, two stands, and lounge areas to give fans a first-class soccer experience.
